In March 03-31, 2017, students from the Lightning Clubs and Young Rescuers conducted a survey of the risks of disasters on the territory of the municipality, which cause different damage and sometimes lead to human sacrifices. The most characteristic disasters are snow-shocks, fires, floods and landslides, as well as accidents - those in industrial poisonous sites and in other areas where strong explosions and fires associated with toxic gas emissions may occur.
For the nature and consequences of the most characteristic disasters and industrial accidents in the municipality of Lom and the town hall has been written an article that we bring to the attention of the other clubs, as well as photo material.
In the photos:
1. Flooding 2010, which flooded the coastal quarters of the Danube and Lom rivers.
2. Fire burned half a street because of negligence when working with electricity.
3. Landslides of the road Lom - Vidin in the section of the village of Slivata.
